This project truly was a labor of love! We worked together with Lovedwell Studio to bring this dilapidated house back to life. When we entered the picture, the home had already undergone partial demolition, with very few walls remaining on the second floor, requiring a new floor plan configuration. We restored character to existing features such as original doors and fireplaces, while incorporating new, high-quality elements like high-end engineered hardwood and custom cabinetry. Additionally, we replaced the roofing, siding, and windows, while preserving the original craftsman style.
