4x4 Off Roader

This 4-plex is uniquely place in the backyard of the Architect/ Owner's primary residence. This made for a tight construction site. This was all possible due to the alley in the back allowing construction and permanent access to this build. The building make up is two 2-bedrooms and two 1-bedrooms.
