BLACKWELDER COTTAGES
This pocket neighborhood is made up of 10 homes and a large community space. In an era where physical social interaction is slim, we believe there is a need and want for people to connect in the physical environment. Through density and intentional building design, we hope to help facilitate new social connections between people. Density is great but we believe there is a sweet spot that promotes a sense of home and individuality for each family while still encouraging outside community. For this specific site, we found a 10 home community fit that description.
