Hudson Place

Located within a historic preservation district in Oklahoma City, this new 18-unit apartment building was designed to complement the character and scale of its established surroundings. Unique brick detailing gives the exterior depth and character, helping the new construction feel naturally integrated into the neighborhood. Inside, playful finishes—including striped shower tile—give each space a distinct personality. Thoughtful site planning also directs stormwater runoff through the on-site parking area and into the city storm drainage system.
