This project comprises a total of 4 units spread across 2 buildings. Two single family lots were up-cycled to make this development happen. The owner placed significant emphasis on minimizing sound transfer between units, leading us to execute various measures such as double walls, mineral wool insulation, and gypcrete flooring.
