This project comprises a total of 16 units spread across 3 buildings. Two single family lots were up-cycled to make this development happen. The owner placed significant emphasis on minimizing sound transfer between units, leading us to execute various measures such as double walls, mineral wool insulation, and gypcrete flooring. Additionally, the inclusion of an alley access with a parking lot situated at the rear of the property enabled us to eliminate curb cuts, resulting in a more inviting and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere from the street perspective.
